Miss Irene Man
Miss Irene Man is a distinguished educational leader and the Founder of Miss Man International Education. She currently serves as the Director and President of the ADEPT Olympiad, where she also acts as a principal judge. Expanding her impact on global education, she is the President of the Koala Excellence Olympiad (KEO) and holds directorships at both the Holistic Innovation Education Alliance (HIEA) and the International Centre of Assessments and Nurturing (ICAN). With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the education sector, Miss Man has a deep background in teaching Chinese to non-native speakers. Her strong academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree earned in Australia and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Hong Kong. Beyond her leadership in academic competitions, Miss Man is a highly sought-after assessment and education consultant, expertly guiding students through overseas study preparations and international benchmarking. She possesses nearly a decade of specialized experience in educational assessment, having worked and consulted with globally recognized organizations such as UNSW Global, IDP IELTS, ICAS Assessments Australia, LanguageCert, and IDP Envoy to enhance and accurately measure the English proficiency of both students and teachers.
Mr. Ivan Lam
With a career defined by large-scale academic impact, Ivan Lam has coordinated international competitions for over 1,000 schools and more than 100,000 students globally. His background includes seven years of education in the United Kingdom, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Sussex and a Master’s degree in Sales and Marketing from the University of Exeter. Having worked extensively within the Singaporean education sector and managed prestigious programs like ICAS and various Global Olympiads, Ivan serves as a technical and academic lead for major international academic competitions. He specializes in the operational delivery of international benchmarking, ensuring that academic results and certifications are issued with global-standard accuracy. In his capacity on the Community Board, Ivan brings his passion for strategic educational support. He regularly partners with school leadership, having led professional development sessions for school principals and subject panels on how to effectively interpret student data to drive school-wide academic improvement. He oversees the end-to-end technical infrastructure for global events, ensuring a seamless and enriching assessment experience for every candidate.

Assem Maratkyzy is an entrepreneur in the field of education, specializing in study abroad programs and international academic Olympiads. She is also a programmer who has worked on various educational and international projects, actively contributing to global academic development and student opportunities.
Ms. Daisy Fung
With 20 years of experience teaching English in a secondary school, and as a former Associate Director of Academic Affairs, I have dedicated my career to meaningful educational change. Recognizing the need for innovation, I led initiatives to renovate the English academic curriculum, bridging traditional methods with more effective, student-centered approaches. This journey has given me deep insight into both the challenges and opportunities within unique classroom environment. Today, I am excited to share how strategic leadership and curriculum reform can revitalize English learning, empowering both educators and students to reach their full potential.
Dr. Htay Hlaing
Dr. Htay Hlaing is the Founder & Principal of SUPER GENIUS International Mathematics & Sciences Centre. He is also a Maths & Science teacher. He achieved BSc, MSc, MRes degrees from Dagon University in Yangon, Myanmar. His specialization is Pure Physics. In 2015, he became a doctorate by achieving PhD degree from Yangon University, Myanmar. His dissertation is concerned with Cosmology (a major branch of Physics.)

Now, he is collaborating with International Educational Organizations. International Olympiad Exams are being hosted in Myanmar. He a Myanmar Ambassador of Koala Excellence Olympiad (KEO), based in Australia.

SUPER GENIUS is a regional partner school of more than twenty International Olympiad Exams and a member of Myanmar Mathematics Olympiad(MMO).

He is also a Managing Director of HTAY & CHANN Co. Ltd and a founder of Mayu Myeik Book Publishing.

Dr. Benjamas Jiraattakit is an academic personnel and expert who plays an important role in driving and promoting the potential of Thai youths in the fields of medical sciences and international academic competitions.

* Executive Committee of TIBMOC Competition: Holds the position of Executive Committee Member of the Thailand International Biology & Medical Olympiad Challenge (TIBMOC) project, which is a biology competency testing platform for the medical line of Thailand and stepping towards the international level.

Biomedical Scientist, Educator & Co-founder of the Association of Future Biology and Medical Technology

Dr. Yanwarut Chiraatthakit (widely known as Dr. Jack) is a distinguished biomedical scientist, dedicated educator, and visionary leader committed to advancing medical technology and nurturing the next generation of global scientists. He holds both a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science from Suranaree University of Technology.

With an extensive background in academia and hands-on research, Dr. Chiraatthakit has served as a Special Instructor at the Institute of Medicine (Suranaree University of Technology) and the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences (Nakhonratchasima College). His advanced laboratory expertise is highly specialized, encompassing piezoelectric biosensors, scanning and transmission electron microscopy (SEM & TEM), histopathology, and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).

Beyond the laboratory, Dr. Chiraatthakit is a prominent figure in science communication, youth mentorship, and medical innovation. He is the Lead Coordinator for the Thailand International Biology & Medical Olympiad Challenge (TIBMOC) and the founder of the Next Generation Global Scientists Initiative and the International Youth Research Collaboration Center for Health Science and Medical Technology. Furthermore, he actively serves as a consultant for medical innovation startups and a research advisor for high school and pre-university students.

His diverse experience—ranging from cutting-edge biomedical laboratory training to global scientific mentorship and entrepreneurship—makes him an invaluable asset to the judging panel. KENNETH D. SIBAL, MAT
I have been teaching mathematics for sixteen years across four educational levels: Grade 6 (Elementary), Middle School (Grades 7–9), High School (Grades 10–12), and as a part-time college instructor. I taught for 11 years in the Philippines, 4 years at an international school in Saudi Arabia, and I am currently in my first year teaching in the United States. I earned my Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT), majoring in Mathematics, from the University of Saint Louis.

In addition to classroom teaching, I coach students for national and international mathematics competitions through the Mathematics Trainer's Guild Philippines. While in the Philippines, I became part of Team Philippines as one of the coaches for students who participated in mathematics competitions in Hong Kong, China, Thailand, and Singapore. I have coached students in competitions such as the Challenge for Future Mathematicians, Chong Hua Cup Math Competition, World Mathematics Invitational, International Mathematics Wizards Challenge, and the International Mathematics Olympiad for Young Achievers.

I continued my work in Saudi Arabia, where I served as both the Head of the Mathematics Department and High School Coordinator. During this time, I coached students in various mathematics competitions conducted both online and onsite. I also had the opportunity to serve as the head coach of Team Saudi Arabia in the International Talent Mathematics Contest. In addition, I became a contributor to the International Mathematics Competition Question Development Team. This recognition led to my inclusion as one of the “Recognized Mathematicians of 2025” at the IMC Bangkok 2025.

Through these humble contributions to the field of mathematics education, I was honored as one of the recipients of the Outstanding Teacher of the Year Award 2026 during the World Leaders Summit and Award held in New Delhi, India. Moreover, I received the Inspirational Educator of the Year during the World Leaders Summit held at the University of Oxford, United Kingdom.

Presently, I teach High School Mathematics at a county school in Kansas, United States. I also continue to coach students for the Koala Mathematics Olympiad, ADEPT, and NOVA Math Contest.
